Blue Ribbon Stable - not renewed

What happens when a rank 10 blue ribbon stable isn't renewed?

1. it reverts to a large stable
2. it's rank automatically becomes a rank 9
3. the expiration date is never, same as any other large stable.

if your blue ribbon was lower than rank 10, it will retain its current rank, what ever rank it was as a blue ribbon.
