Reset Horse Name

When incorrect HTML is used in your horse's name it can cause the page to load incorrectly and be impossible to use. If that is the case, the reset horse name function can fix it for you. This feature resets your horse's name to NoName.

To find the reset page, go to the Main Menu, then Help. On the Racing register, click on the Reset Pages link. Account pages, name and horse pictures can be reset here. The direct URL is: www.whiteoakstables.net/racing/reset.php for racing and www.whiteoakstables.net/english/help.php for english. Note that you must be logged in to use this page.

On the English register, the help can be found at the bottom of the main menu page under the club link. The page will then look like this: http://i29.photobucket.com/albums/c262/WeirdEmperor/WOSEHorseNameHelp.jpg

At the bottom of the page, you will have to define the horse by its breed and ID number, so it might be best to have the horse's page up in another window. Once you've identified it and reset the name, you can then refresh the horse's page and put the name on it.
