Logged in as..
Displayed in the top right corner is your relevant account information that shows up on every page you view on WOSe. An example of it is listed below, as well as what it looks like from member #5736's point of view.

Notice that Tall Brook Acres has an extra piece of information - '0 new messages'. This will show up for upgraded members only.
Enable Away Account
If you have upgraded your account, even if it is only a small stable, you will have the ability to use an away account. If you click Go, you will turn your away account on.
Layout
If you know the basics of HTML programming, then you can make your own layout including background pictures/colors, blogs, scrolls, pictures and so much more.
If you're unsure about HTML, then you may go to the message boards to ask someone to make a layout for your page. Many members have this service for a fee. Fees vary from player to player; and the more the player knows about photoshopping and using non-copyrighted photos, the more expensive (but much better looking) than those players without the knowledge.
Site Navigation
Beneath the layout (if there is one) on the left hand side there are blue circles for in-site navigation. They are:
- Settings: Allows you to change your layout, account name, and account password. The settings allows you to see your account information: Account Statistics
- Account Type: Large Stable Owner
Expires: no expiration date
Member Rating: 438
Horse Rating: 1334
Tack Rating: 16
Clothes Rating: 18
Grooming Rating: 100- Overall Rating: 469 (This overall rating is what shows up on the "best players of the game" link on the main menu.)
Just by clicking on the "settings" link, you update your standing in the best players on the game link.
- Overall Rating: 469 (This overall rating is what shows up on the "best players of the game" link on the main menu.)
- Stable: This only shows up for upgraded members. This link allows the stable owner to go to the stable page to start a stable show, or run a stable show. It also allows the player to run any lesson requests, breed horses if any have been requested, go to the International Auction (to buy horses from the racing register), change the stable page's layout, change the amount of board fee, and buy more things for the stable.
- Journal: This only shows up for upgraded members. It is used by many players to make notes to self, or other players. Does not have to contain public information.
- Chat: This will open up another window that allows entry into the chat room shared between five other games.
- Mailbox: Opens up the page to see any read or un-read GMs (game messages). Allows the player to reply and delete messages. The Mailbox contents always get deleted on the first of the month so the mailbox does not get full. The Mailbox of a non-upgraded member can only hold 10 saved messages. When there are 10 in the box, noone else is able to send that member a GM. This is especially difficult when a player needs to get in touch with another player.
- Main Menu: This is the place to go to find just about everything on White Oak Stables. From this link you can find horses, members, messages, flash games, buying clothes and tack, request a breeder to breed your favorite pair of horses, and clubs.
- Awards: Shows the player the myriad of awards that the account has won i.e. Top 10 Beginner Stable, or Show Champion in the Special show.
- Logout: Allows you to safely exit the game.
