We Live in a Star Wars World

It's true. We live in a Star Wars world. Take a good look around. We've recently inspected an asteroid with a droid...err...un-manned probe. Why don't I show you some....*snaps fingers* Oh, what are they called? Ah. Comparisons. On the right will be the world today, and on the left will be Star Wars. Ready? Okay.
The Evil Galactic Empire === the terrorist organizations, such as Al Quaida
The Republic === the United States of America and all the free nations of the world
the Jedi === the soldiers from across the globe fighting for freedom and peace
the Sith === the soldiers from across the globe fighting to end peace and let strife prevail
the Force === all the different religions, including Christianity
That was as many comparisons as I could think of. As soon as I watch Star Wars a half a billion more times, I'll add some more. Message me if you think of any.
