Hey yall!
My name's kelsey, and i am living in the mosquito state (a.k.a minnesota). I'm 13 years old in the show ring, but actually I'm 14. I lease a morgan horse (the best type, if you ask me...) named Dazzling Starlight, in Cokato. I've been riding for 5 years, and showing for 2. I just now joined a 4-H horse club named Hennepin Hoofbeats. I can ride saddleseat, hunt seat, and western,(oh so talented) and I can drive (a little bit...a VERY little bit) and jump. EXCITING NEWS!!!!: When I was in a tack store, a woman asked how old I was (don't worry, she's not a stalker, we knew who she was) and if I knew how to ride hunt! I told her that I was 14 (since march) and that yes, I knew how. She told me that she had a horse that she wanted to sell who had won a lot of things, but wasn't being shown this year that she wanted to be shown by a jr. exibitor. She also wants that person to qualify him for NATIONALS!!!!!!! I'm so exited, she's coming to watch me ride on tuesday, so we'll see how that goes.
