This is just the method I used to use for making the Olde School Club Schedule. Depending on the number of active people in the club and how many horses each of them have, this may be time consuming and not the best method to use. I'd go through and tally what people had horses/circuits-wise, and total up the number of horses in each circuit to see what people needed the most. If there were a LOT of Olympic horses and not very many C horses, I would try to schedule Olympic Circuit shows more heavily than C, for example. I'd also take into account requests for shows and try to schedule at least one show from each person who requested it. Below is the template I used :)
